Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit is required at booking, with the remaining balance due 48 hours before your event. Payments are accepted via Zelle, PayPal, or credit card. All bookings are subject to manual approval before confirmation. Cancellations made within 24 hours of approval will receive a full refund (minus PayPal fees). After 24 hours, a 20% cancellation fee applies. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event date are non-refundable. ZNT Productions reserves the right to cancel events up to 48 hours before the event with a full refund, and will make every effort to provide an equal or higher-value replacement service. Venue liability insurance is included for all events.
